1. ANIMAL WELFARE

1.1 All Livestock represented on the Stockies Platform must be transported and handled in accordance with the Animal Welfare Act 1999, minimum standards for animal care and management in codes of welfare regulations issued under the Animal Welfare Act 1999, including but not limited to:

a Code of Welfare: Transport within New Zealand

b Code of Welfare: Dairy Cattle

c Code of Welfare: Sheep and Beef Cattle

d Code of Welfare: Commercial Slaughter
