About the Sale

One of New Zealand’s most remote hill country stations, Waikura in Gisborne offers a large presentation of high quality coastal livestock. Now in it's 3rd year, the Waikura Station annual sale continues to build demand for animals bred with a dedicated focus on genetics.

Cattle:

• 500 Angus 15 month Steers

• 280 Angus 15 month Heifers

• 30 Angus Mixed Age Cows with Calves at Foot

• 10 Angus 3yr Old Heifers with Calves at Foot

All Cattle are bred with Hallmark and Twin Oaks Bulls

TB Status: C10

Sheep:

• 7,500 Suftex Wether & Ewe Lambs

  • Bred by Snake Gully Terminals

• 2,500 Romdale & Kaahu White x Whether & Ewe Lambs

All lambs are both NZFAP and ABF accredited
