On the monthly plan, Stripe emails you a GST receipt every time your card is charged. On the annual plan, we raise a Xero tax invoice up front and send it to your billing email, with GST shown separately. Both carry our GST number.

Yes, any time. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge you again after that. No exit fee and no notice period.

Your membership runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your stock comes off the Stockies Saleyard and we stop putting it in front of farmers. Nothing is lost — your linked farmers stay linked and your messaging keeps working — and you can come back whenever you like: take a membership again and everything picks up where you left it, straight away.

You request the annual plan and we email a Xero invoice to your billing email, payable by bank transfer within 14 days. Your membership goes active immediately — you are not waiting on the payment clearing before you can list.

Nothing is deleted. Your listings, linked farmers, chats and history all stay exactly where they are. You lose access to the agent tools until a membership is active, and everything is waiting for you when you come back.
